This statement applies to the online shop chumotion.zentrala.de operated by CHUMOTION Physiotherapie. We strive to make our website accessible in line with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

• Some older product images uploaded before alt text became mandatory may still lack meaningful descriptions. We are adding these on an ongoing basis.
• Third-party embedded content (e.g. payment providers, maps, videos) is outside our control and may not always be fully accessible.
• In partner-specific colour configurations, some dynamically generated colour combinations may not meet sufficient contrast ratios.

If our response to your enquiry is unsatisfactory, you may contact the relevant arbitration body. In Germany this is the conciliation body under § 16 of the Disability Equality Act (BGG), which resolves disputes between people with disabilities and federal public bodies out of court.
